Cable rewinding machine

Description

This production line ( Fiber Optic Cable Rolling Machine, Optical Fiber Cable Winding Machine ) is used for rewinding optical cable to be smaller reels. It can also be used to roll the optical cable with a reel tray which cable can be taken off from, either roll the cable with a smaller reel.

Technical Parameters

1. Pay-off reel flange size: PN600-PN1250 .

2. Pay-off tension: 100 ~100N (can be adjusted arbitrarily);

3. Pay-off speed: 80m / min;

4. Take up reel size         PN300—PN1000(hole size 56mm.)

5. Take up structure speed: 200m/min max.;

6. Pressure adjustable meter device wheel diameter: 150mm.
